Moore of Maryland. Despite playing with multiple quarterbacks in 2017, Moore caught 80 passes for 1,033 yards and 8 touchdowns. However, the raw statistics are not as impressive as his impact on the overall offense. And that impact should make him a top-50 pick. Moore accounted for 57.1 percent of Maryland’s receiving touchdowns as well as 51.7 percent of receiving yards, both of which led the class by a significant margin. No matter how you slice it, Moore was Maryland’s offense in 2017. Moore may not have the size to be a true No.1 receiver at the next level, but he proved he could carry an offense this season and that should translate to the NFL.”
