The offensive line was playing very well, but left tackle Jason Peters went down with a knee injury last night, and the extent of the injury is not known at this time. (NFL Media reported Tuesday morning the belief is Peters suffered a torn MCL, which would allow him to return this season.) Defensive Coordinator Jim Schwartz has also done a remarkable job with his unit. Remember, the secondary was decimated with injuries early on and Schwartz still has them playing at a high level. Don’t be surprised to see Schwartz get another shot at a head coaching job in the not-too-distant future.”
